That was me too. I’d had health issues since childhood. Confusing reactions to food, diarrhoea, itchy skin and palpitations, alongside the effects of stress, trauma, disordered eating, crazy hormones, mould exposures and numerous antibiotics. I thought food could be involved, but it seemed impossible to pin-point the culprits. I was far too busy with my jet-setting lifestyle and chaotic home-life, so I just soldiered on. For years and years.

Then came an intense 5 years studying Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine, Neuro-linguistic Programming and Functional Medicine, along with some major lifestyle changes.

Now, my scientific evidence-based online clinic focuses on optimising your health without confusion, by addressing root causes and improving food & lifestyle choices. What’s special is that I continually develop and refresh my deep understanding of complex body imbalances, root causes, advanced clinical models and therapeutic food & lifestyle. I can therefore provide expert and practical support to my clients, personalised for their own specific needs.
