" I have suffered for many years with skin problems which I suspected were diet and maybe environment related but I was struggling, I didn't really understand what was causing which symptom or why. Steroids, antihistamines, antacids, antidepressants and immuno-suppressants were not sustainable long-term. “I was very stressed-out due to work issues, and not looking after myself properly. If I look after what I eat, make sure I get enough sleep and exercise, my physical wellbeing and confidence do increase, I feel much better overall and this does help in other areas of my life. “I suffered regular nightmares and struggled with triggers making me feel awful and frightened when someone else did something that was related to a past negative event.
